wymondham town council by-election – thurs 15th may

Joe Ellis-Gage is our brilliant candidate for the vacancy on Wymondham Town Council. This follows the resignation, due to health reasons, of our previous councillor Joe Barrett.

The election is on Thursday 15th May. The Town Council clerk has decided there would be no Polling Cards issued so you will have to go to your nearest Polling Station with ID.

Polling Stations (open 7am-10pm) are:

Catholic Church hall, Norwich Rd, NR18 0QE

Abbey Hall, Church St, NR18 0PR

Our present councillor Paul Barrett is very actively involved with Greening Wymondham, Sustainable Wymondham, as well as 3 local charities which support with winter fuel payments, helping lower income students with educational support and a feeding the homeless.

He has also stepped in to save Rothbury Community Hall as well as ad-hoc resident issues such as overgrown hedges, disabled access to parks and community noticeboards.

We can do so much more with another Green on the council!
